Ted Rosenthal offers up an evening survey of the great pianists of the swing, supported by Chuck and a Festival small band unit. He bemoans the fact that there are simply too many greats to cover all in a single concert, but will touch on a lot of the most memorable, including Fats Waller, Earl Hines, Count Basie, Teddy Wilson, Mel Powell, Errol Garner, Art Tatum, Duke Ellington, and Ahmad Jamal.
